Cocktail Frank Roll-ups
2 packages refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 package cocktail franks
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Open 1 package of crescent dinner rolls, separate each roll by the perforations and cut each roll in half. Spread each piece of dough with mustard. Roll-up a cocktail frank completely in the dough and place seam side down on a baking sheet. Bake for 5-8 minutes or until the roll is golden brown. Serve immediately.
6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and halved
3 Tablespoon mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Paprika for sprinkling
With a small spoon scoop the egg yolks out of the whites. Place yolks in a small bowl. Mash yolks well with a fork. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt & pepper. Blend into a smooth paste. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
Mound yolk mixture into each egg white halve and arrange on platter. Sprinkle with paprika to decorate. Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve cold or at room temperature.
