Smoked Turkey Breast Spread

DIRECTIONS

De-bone halves of turkey breast from smoked bird and cut one into large chunks. Save other breast to slice for canapes. Pulsate turkey breast chunks in food processor (with steel blade) into a medium fine chop. Mix with mayonnaise and sweet pickle relish of your choice to consistency you prefer. Serve with crackers, cocktail breads and/or stuff into scooped out fresh strawberries* *Slice small sliver off bottom of strawberry so it will sit without tipping over. Using melon baller, scoop out a small section of berry, being careful not to scoop through bottom, and fill with smoked turkey breast spread.
